Founded in 2021, Vision Forward recognizes that young adults of African descent navigate a global system of obstacles and limiting beliefs about who they are, what they deserve, and what they can achieve.
Our approach to educational support is through a Forwarding Methodology which creates a compelling connection to African heritage, provides life coaching and mentoring, and supports post-secondary career and technical education.

I founded Vision Forward to help young people identify their interests and passions as career instigators, and most importantly, know who they are. The object is to activate a personal vision of abundance that affirms their power to manifest the life of their dreams.
As a career educator, life coach, and Pan-Africanist, connecting young people to a legacy of Black excellence is my purpose. The Vision Forward methodology offers the same personalized perspective that my own transformational coaching experiences as well as my travels in Africa have given me.
Vision Forward is all about infinite possibilities on the continent and in the diaspora. We are skills enthusiasts who know that the future of the global economy rests in the hands of skilled entrepreneurs - and Black youth will lead the way. I am committed to empowering my people to think BIG and control their destiny!
