Vision Forward Inc is a non-profit educational services organization designed to support young adults of African descent aged 17.5-26. Vision Forward offers virtual and in-person heritage-based learning experiences.

We believe that Black youth need a compelling connection to Africa within an environment of highly personalized support in order to thrive as contributing adults in the Diaspora. Our participants, known to us as Visionaries, pursue tertiary education and certification in high-need skilled trades. Our African studies learning experiences prepare young people for cultural immersion as they travel to the continent. Integral to our methodology is group and individual life coaching as a wrap-around service, empowering Visionaries to become social entrepreneurs who live extraordinary lives of Black excellence.
With our unique approach, we envision a new world with skilled Black youth leading the way.
